Armstrong Pump Manager
Overview
Armstrong Active Pump Manager is a service that monitors the health of your pump in real time. The service utilizes a variety of vibration sensors that can pinpoint exactly what type of issues are occurring in your system. This allows you to:
- Fix minor issues before they become major issues
- Essentially eliminate emergencies
- Determine what replacement parts may be necessary before dispatching a service technician to the site
- Monitor energy usage (very important with Local Law 97)
- Get alerts if a pump is left in "hand mode" (constant speed mode) - this is the key driver of pump energy waste
