Laars FT and Tekmar 30x P, V, Zone Panels Modulating Signal ( 0-10V, 4-20mA)

*Important* information regarding the use of Tekmar 30x Zone Panels with Laars FT Boilers.....

When utilizing a Tekmar 30x zone panel with Laars FT boilers when Tekmar is selected to control modulation signal , ALWAYS make sure that the dipswitch (#5 modulating signal)  on the Tekmar zone panel is selected to be 0-10V ! (dip switch # 5 to the on 0-10V position) . This should be the default factory setting,  but please do check and assure that it is correct anyway ! And of course always assure proper polarity (+,- ) as well ! 

It has been noticed that when Tekmar 30x modulating signal is incorrect it causes some VERY weird and strange issues with Laars FT !

AS PER TEKMAR 30x I/O Manual Instructions: 
"Mod Boiler DIP Switch Select either 0-10 V (dc) or 4-20 mA signal to the modulating condensing boiler. Consult the boiler manual to determine the signal type. The DIP switch position does not matter if the modulating boiler output is not used" .
