Laars Model #'s MFTCW 140/199 AND FTCW 140/199 (Wall hung combi) ALL utilize the SAME 3 way valve regardless of boiler BTU size . 

The Three Way Valve ONLY is Part # FT1220 used in all sizes of Laars Combi Boilers. 

The Three Way Valve ASSEMBLY , Part #'s FT2108 AND FT2071 contain the FT1220 Three Way Valve AND associated gaskets and O rings and clips for complete replacement.  Part # FT2108 AND FT2071 are complete assemblies and ARE interchangeable with each other .
