NeoTherm XTR Models 399-500 Gas Valve Adjustment Plug Removal
It has come to our attention that some NeoTherm XTR 399 and 500 models may have been shipped with the plug left in
the gas valve adjustment port.
The plug needs to be removed to provide access for gas valve adjustment, but it can be difficult to see that the plug is
installed. See photos below. The plug can be removed with a small flat head screwdriver. Once the cap has been
removed, adjustments can be made to the gas valve. The cap is not necessary and does not need to be reinstalled.
