Salus Smart Relay SC824ZB WIRING

When wiring the Salus SC824ZB Smart Relay , pay special attention to wiring diagrams and schematics regarding "powered switching OR dry contact switching" .

If wiring Salus Smart Relay thru a zone panel that is considered "power switching" . 

In addition,  24 volt power must be applied to the Salus Smart Relay from an outside source OTHER THAN from the zone panel IF the zone panel does not have "Auxiliary 24 Volt" terminals available. 
Most manufactures pump zone panels do NOT provide  AUX 24 volt power terminals, while most manufacturers zone valve panels do .
